WHO YOU ARE
You are decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume environments. With more than ten years of progressive food and beverage management experience - including several in senior leadership - you bring a proven ability to oversee multiple outlets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. Your background may include time in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award–winning restaurants, giving you a deep understanding of what true excellence looks like and how to teach others to deliver it. People describe you as diplomatic and solutions-oriented, someone who remains calm under pressure and can rally a diverse team toward a common goal. You’re passionate about both the craft and the business side of food and beverage, equally at ease discussing profit margins as you are exploring the latest industry trends. Most importantly, you are not a desk-bound manager - you thrive on being in the thick of it, supporting your team, connecting with guests, and celebrating successes alongside your people.
WHAT YOU DO
You take ownership of multiple outlets with a focus on leadership, strategy, and results. You mentor Food and Beverage Managers, setting clear expectations and empowering them to succeed, while ensuring that every outlet operates in alignment with brand standards and business objectives. You are relentless about optimizing profitability, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth without ever compromising the guest experience. You walk the floor, engaging with guests, coaching staff in the moment, and ensuring service is seamless, polished, and memorable. You collaborate across departments - partnering with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership - to keep offerings fresh, on trend, and aligned with the hotel’s vision. You maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance, all while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and pride. Simply put, you lead from the front, driving both operational success and an elevated guest experience that sets the standard for luxury hospitality.
