What you will be doing:
- Responsible for managing all certifications to ensure compliance with NSF/ANSI drinking water treatment industry standards and the Healthy H2O Act which requires participants to have third party validations.
- Creating and implementing quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and best in class initiatives.
- Responsible for preparing and conducting tests, analyzing results, and maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment as needed
- Direct employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans and improvements to products and processes
- Develop and implement process documentation such as process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, process control plans, work instructions, visual aids, and Quality alerts.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering (technology), or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field (required).
