As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll get to:
- Process invoices, match purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and prepare payment batches including invoices, credit memos, and expense statements.
- Accurately code invoices and check requests, review supplier statements, and work with vendors and business partners to resolve discrepancies.
- Verify payment methods, submit ACH/wire transfers, and process credit card payments as needed.
- Perform account reconciliations, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and handle accruals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
