Position Summary
The FranConnect System Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of FranConnect system management, optimization, and reporting to support Nothing Bundt Cakes’ New Bakery Opening & Development (NBO) team. This role ensures that data is accurate, reporting is insightful, and system functionality is fully leveraged to streamline the bakery opening process, enhance decision-making, and drive scalable growth across the brand.
Accountabilities/Duties:
System Management & Optimization
- Serve as the primary system administrator for FranConnect, ensuring ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, Real Estate, Construction, Technology, Operations, and Finance) to optimize workflows within FranConnect.
- Manage user access, permissions, and role-based security across the system.
- Evaluate and implement system upgrades, new modules, and integrations to maximize efficiency and controls.
Data Integrity & Analytics
- Oversee all data governance within FranConnect, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records.
- Develop and maintain data validation processes to ensure quality standards both for FranConnect integrity as well as how it impacts data in downstream ERP and BI systems.
- Monitor system usage and provide insights into adoption, compliance, and performance metrics.
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations to track New Bakery Opening (NBO) performance metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights and analytics to leadership to support strategic decision-making and pipeline forecasting.
- Create ad hoc and recurring reports for franchise partners, support center leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Training & Support
- Provide ongoing training and support to system users to ensure adoption and proficiency.
- Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids for FranConnect workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Education/Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in system administration, CRM/ERP management, or business analytics (FranConnect experience strongly preferred).
- Experience in franchising, QSR, retail, or multi-unit business environments is a plus.
- Strong technical proficiency with FranConnect (or similar CRM/Franchise Management platforms).
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
