JOB SUMMARY
The Collection Analyst I is responsible for all collection dunning activities and report for all brands. The Analyst will develop and provide operational, performance and ad hoc reporting daily/weekly/monthly and will take lead in daily operations of creating dialers, text campaigns and notices.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•    Using Advance Excel to manage collection dialers, email, letter and text campaigns including friendly reminders, final warnings and disconnection/drop notices for all brands
•    Create SOAP Services to move data from Dialer Database into reporting database
•    Oversee transactions including DNP letter fee, disconnections/reconnections, drops, switch holds & MVO’s
•    Manage KACE tickets for the collection department
•    Manage Auto Pay Decline, Courtesy Credit & Waiver Reports
•    Maintain master DNC list and upload to the dialers.  
•    Develop and maintain department processes including collection agency/law firm placements and reporting
•    Provide ongoing coaching and training to all employees relating to collections processes
•    Create, update, and maintain Collection process flows and documentations
•    Work on special projects as assigned by management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•    High school graduate and related experience
•    Advanced to intermediate Excel skills 
•    Excellent computer skills 
•    Able to handle multiple computer applications at the same time 
•    Prior experience working with REP is plus 
•    Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•    Must have qualities of Team player and independent thinker/problem solver skills
