About the Job

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketplaces to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate is a hands on expert who is results-driven with analytical capabilities to drive growth of our premium beauty store.

Job Duties Include

  • Manage all marketplace related operations including inventory planning, listing and catalog management, brand store updates, PDP optimization, account health and other relevant business operations
  • Manage cross-functional communication between marketplace and internal teams and lead recurring calls as the main account owner
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to accelerate marketplace growth while maintaining brand equity and profitability
  • Develop assortment, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Drive forecasting needs, revenue planning, and sell in/sell through analysis
  • Lead planning and execution of new product launches and effectively executing the go-to-market launch process and collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and improve online retailer-specific KPIs, including but not limited to, NetPPM, ASP, buyability, conversion rate, in-stock %, chargebacks, Share of Voice, and content compliance
  • Analyze category and competitive insights through data analytics tools and identify growth opportunities for Charlotte Tilbury on Digital Marketplace
  • Partner with internal marketing and creative teams to support online retailer merchandising and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report infringements in Brand Registry
  • Implement testing strategies (A/B testing) to improve conversion rates and customer retention

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience with digital marketplaces, preferably 1P/Premium Beauty
  • Deep technical understanding of vendor services, including digital merchandising, SEO and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency with forecasting, inventory management, data analytics, P&L development, budget management, merchandising, and digital marketing

Base Salary Range $120,000-140,000**
