The Pinch is a fully furnished 25-room hotel designed to offer all of the comforts of a home away from home, including fully furnished units with full kitchens. We offer 24-hour concierge services, housekeeping services, and personalized amenities.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel’s facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in basic repairs, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair duties in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in accordance with hotel standards and local regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintenance shop.
Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments regarding work order status.
Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of maintenance or handyman experience (hotel experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
Schedule & Pay:
Hourly Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shifts: Varying shifts; must have availability for weekends and some holidays.
