Salary: ($25.11 - $31.66), depending on education and experience, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Full benefit package included (sick, vacation, personal days, family health, dental plan, retirement, etc.)
General Statement of Duties: Monitors exhibits for the EHS delegates and provides technical assistance to directors and/or coordinators when needed. Complete the monthly statistical and financial reporting of the grantee food program. Monitor budgets and give technical assistance to the grantee and delegates as needed. Assists in the development of budgets for all contracts and grants. Prepares bills for payment in coordination with county policies. Prepare and present financial reports, contact vendors and suppliers to ascertain accurate pricing, keep informed regarding new budget legislations, information for Head Start, child care food and state funded programs.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Fiscal Management or a related field. Prefer one year of employment related experience with a Federal, State or Local Government agency.
