Job Summary:      

Performs activities related to document management, such as: opening, preparing, reviewing, sorting and scanning documents along with keying relevant data elements.  

Responsibilities:

• Performs activities related to document management, such as: opening, preparing, reviewing, sorting and scanning documents along with keying relevant data elements.

• Utilizes a variety of hardware and software to convert documents into electronic images and data. Keys data elements as defined by type of submission.

• Performs edit or research functions related to claims and routing of documents.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
