SPED AIDE II (Paraprofessional) 2025-2026 chez Byron Union School District

The Byron Union School District is a TK - 8 district located in Byron, CA with approximately 1,200 students and 180+ staff members, with two elementary schools and one middle school serving the communities of Byron and Discovery Bay. The district also offers an independent study program (Byron Institute of Independent Study) serving grades K-8. The role of the SPED Aide II is to provide additional support in the SAI classroom where children with mild to moderate and moderate to severe disabilities are enrolled. The SPED Aide II will assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning classroom environment in which all students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.

Must be able to pass standard proficiency test of basic knowledge.

$400 AA Stipend, $800 BA Stipend, $1,000 MA Stipend (if applicable), plus up to $27,263.64 employer contribution towards Health & Wellness Benefits. (Full Time)
