The Business Analyst will serve as a critical extension of the Product Team, supporting both product operations and product support functions. Reporting directly to a Manager or higher within Product Operations, this role will gain experience across business analysis, product management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Business Analyst demonstrates the ability to understand customer needs, analyze business processes, and prepare functional requirements for new systems and updates to existing systems. Over time, this position may convert into an Associate Product Manager role as opportunities become available.

Primary Accountabilities:


Product Support and Development (40%):

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate the efficacy of experiments and product launches, assessing impact on user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Draft clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and technical product documentation.
  • Collaborate with end users to develop test data, conduct system testing, and verify accuracy of results.
  • Support cross-functional enablement by creating and maintaining user documentation and training materials.
  • Educate internal teams on product area vision and evolving industry trends, including AI, ML, API, and healthcare data practices

Business Analysis and Execution (40%):

  • Research and collaborate with project teams to identify current and future business needs.
  • Perform workflow analysis and business process reengineering, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Define processing logic, translate business requirements into detailed functional design documents, and ensure delivery aligns with defined needs.
  • Facilitate cross-application meetings to capture requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Participate in vendor selection processes and support RFP development as needed.


Continuous Improvement & Experimentation (20%)

  • Build and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and business value. Monitor project status, follow up on roadblocks, and ensure timelines remain current.
  • Stay informed of healthcare industry regulations, stakeholders, and market trends.
  • Share insights and learnings to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the product development
    lifecycle.
    Facilitate key workflows through rapid experimentation of products and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with agile and Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira or ADO.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Looker for data analysis and reporting.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:

58,762.13 - 97,936.88 USD Annual

The final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.
