Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to Human Resources
 - Supervises department front desk customer service function, including student staffing
 - Ensures both legal and procedural compliance for Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) benefits and other leave requests
 - Monitors and tracks employee-reported leave time and associated medical verifications
 - Reconciles payroll withholding accounts for FICA/Medicare, Federal, State, and international taxes
 
- Collect and organize data for various employment requests
 
- Ensures compliance of employee fee waiver and dependent tuition reimbursement benefits
 - Coordinates monthly personnel action reports for review and approval
 - Assists in reviewing nonresident alien work eligibility for employees and determines appropriate paperwork and supporting documentation to file with USCIS
 - Processes all electronic and paper employment verifications
 - Monitors and reconciles multiple department budgets
 - Updates and maintains department website
 
Position Duties
- High school diploma or GED
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
 - Bookkeeping experience or evidence of math skills
 - Evidence of strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
 - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
 - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
 - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
 - Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
 - Demonstrated ability to work professionally with all levels of the organization
