Groomer Operator I - Entry chez Brundage Mountain Resort

Position Title: Groomer Operator I

Reports To: Grooming & Snow Surfaces Manager 

Employment Status: Seasonal; Full-time 

Job Summary: 

In the grooming department, you will be part of the team operating snow cats at night safely and efficiently. We strive for a top quality and safe product to exceed guest expectations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Groom ski trails nightly
• Groom access routes on the mountain and in the base area
• Snow removal and maintenance around lift terminals and buildings
• Daily checkout and inspection of machines
• May be required to assist in snow removal around parking lots
• Fill out daily grooming log.

Job Qualifications: 

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Previous grooming experience preferred but will train the right person
• Equipment operating experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.

Other Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license
• Work is all night shifts, we work all holidays and weekends, 40 hours per week.
