Who we’re looking for:

The Membership Analyst is responsible for accurately entering new member data and updates to existing members in Midas for all Classes of Trade (COT) across MHA/NAV Divisions based on established MHA guidelines and procedures. The Membership Analyst also sends formal member onboarding notifications to wholesaler/distributor business partners as well as weekly member change reports to vendor business partners. The Membership Analyst is also responsible for analyzing Wholesaler and Distributor Rosters and working with the Wholesalers, Distributors and Sales on accurate linkage.

This position works directly with all internal MHA departments as well as with external Business Partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Member Relationship Management

  • Maintain the Membership submission tracker to ensure all member requests are received, logged, and ready for processing.
  • Review incoming member documentation and confirm completeness with internal teams (e.g., Sales) as needed.
  • Enter new member data and update existing records in Midas to maintain clean, reliable membership data.
  • Review and upload critical membership documents into Midas profiles to support accurate recordkeeping.
  • Assist with resolution of member-impacting issues across internal platforms, adjusting quickly to system or process changes.

 

Member integrity & Wholesaler linkage

  • Send new and existing onboarding notifications and required documentation to wholesaler/distributor partners to activate new/existing members.
  • Facilitating connections between members and wholesalers and maintaining daily communication with wholesalers.
  • Distribute weekly membership updates to vendor partners, ensuring visibility into member changes and contract eligibility.
  • Manage membership-related updates and corrections in Remedy Force and Midas to ensure system accuracy and internal support readiness.
  • Lead or support ad-hoc projects to improve how membership data is processed and shared across teams and business partners.

 

Reporting, Audit & Quality Assurance?

  • Analyze Wholesaler and Distributor Rosters to verify correct member-client linkages for contract and pricing access.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies found in monthly Diagnostic Reports to protect member eligibility and experience.

 What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • BA/BS with some work experience preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications skills including Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup), Word and Outlook
  • Professional demeanor in performing job responsibilities and when interacting with others
  • Attendance and Punctuality with commitment to arrive to work on time and ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent

Salary/Hourly Rate (if applicable for Non-Exempt Role(s): The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

This is the lowest to highest salary range for which this role has been evaluated.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors which include, but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
