Your Mission

As our Community Architect & Social Strategist, your mission is to transform our clients' social media presence from a static content feed into a dynamic, living ecosystem of conversation, connection, and community. You will be the visionary and the engineer behind strategies that build brand advocacy, drive deep engagement, and create tangible business value by putting the community at the center of everything.

We believe brands that win will do three things differently, and you will lead this charge:

  • Shift from content push → community orchestration: You will design experiences and interactions that users actively seek out. You won't just post—you will host, respond, amplify, and catalyze communities, turning passive followers into active participants.
  • Measure depth, not breadth: You will move our clients beyond vanity metrics. Success will be measured by the quality of conversations, the frequency of repeat interactions, and the growth of genuine advocacy. You will prove that posts designed to spark dialogue drive 3–5x higher long-term engagement than standard marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate social across the org: You will be the bridge connecting community insights to the client's core operations. You will ensure that marketing, product, and support teams are aligned to respond in real-time and create culturally relevant touchpoints that make brands essential, not invisible.

What You'll Do

  • Audit & Strategize: Analyze clients' existing social channels, moving beyond reach and impression metrics to reveal the true (and often hidden) state of engagement. Develop bespoke, community-first strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Engineer Conversations: Reallocate client resources from low-impact content production to high-impact conversation facilitation. Design and implement campaigns, rituals, and interactive formats that spark meaningful dialogue and user-generated content.
  • Facilitate & Orchestrate: Act as a lead facilitator for client communities. This includes hosting live events (AMAs, interviews), moderating discussions, identifying and empowering brand advocates, and responding with a voice that is authentic and human.
  • Measure What Matters: Define and track a new suite of KPIs focused on conversation quality, sentiment, repeat engagement, and community health. Create reports that tell a story of growing brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Build Feedback Loops: Systematically gather insights, trends, and product feedback from the community and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients' product development, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary social and community expert for your clients, educating them on this modern approach and guiding them through the organizational changes required to become a truly conversational brand.

  • An Experienced Community Builder: You have 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or community management, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to foster dialogue and build engaged communities, not just grow follower counts.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and connect community activity to core business objectives like customer retention, LTV, and brand equity.
  • An Empathetic Communicator: You are an exceptional writer and communicator. You understand nuance, tone, and how to talk with people, not at them.
  • Analytically Minded: You are comfortable with data but are driven by curiosity to find the insights behind the numbers. You know how to separate signal from noise.
  • Culturally Fluent: You have a finger on the pulse of internet culture and understand what makes people connect, share, and belong online.
  • Proactive & Independent: You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and can manage projects and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy.
