Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: Life Insurance & Annuity
• Assist coordonnate business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience.
• Responible for gathering and documenting business requirements for customer projects.
• Support the identification of process optimization opportunities.
• Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with project communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in builing acceptance test plans and execution
• Perform UI design and lay-out
• Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in Insurance industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in Life Insurance Industry
- Proven experience in new business process services
- Experience in business process analysis and recommendations
- Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Experience in leading & coordinate operational project
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster) a plus
Must have a VALID Indefinite US Work Permit
