Human Resources Manager

Husqvarna Construction is looking for a Human Resources Manager to partner with our Construction U.S. Factory teams in Olathe, KS and Columbia, SC and support our Construction NA HR operations. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between people and operations to drive engagement, build talent, and ensure HR processes run smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with factory leadership to align local workforce strategies with production goals.
- In alignment with the rest of our Construction NA HR team, support driving engagement, training, and change management initiatives specific to the U.S. Factories.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing preferred).
- 2+ years in a manager or business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build relationships.

Location: Based in Olathe, KS (20–30% domestic travel required).
