Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in overseeing the planning, procurement and delivery of temporary event infrastructure across the Americas region. This role will work in close partnership with the Infrastructure Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, build and execution of large-scale event structures. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, vendor management expertise and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and compliance requirements. With a focus on safety, quality and operational excellence, this role is central to ensuring our venues are delivered to the highest standard and are fully prepared for world class event experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Infrastructure Manager Lead on maintaining consistent delivery of all temporary infrastructure
  • Collaborate closely with the Americas working group across all build aspects of the event as well as the overall onsite operations
  • Establish highest quality standards with vendors and suppliers
  • Negotiate and support regional procurement processes for temporary event infrastructure
  • Collate comprehensive technical drawings, specifications and documentations for all temporary structure in region ensuring detailed spatial layouts
  • Ensure all structure designs meet safety regulations, building codes, and accessibility requirements
  • Manage integrated build schedules and critical path planning for all venue preparations
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding build schedules and readiness
  • Maintain close working relationship with operations team and wider business functions to ensure all operational concerns are addressed
  • Develop and manage budgets for all temporary infrastructure across the events in region
  • Oversee the construction and installation of all temporary event infrastructure ensure compliance with site safety standards
  • Oversee structural engineering assessments where required
  • Forecast future infrastructure requirements and associated costs
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for insurance and compliance purposes

About You:

  • Significant qualifications in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Proven track record managing complex infrastructure projects in multiple locations
  • Experience with premium or VIP environments in event settings
  • Strong technical knowledge of temporary structures, facilities, and site services
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CAD software and technical drawing
  • Understanding of building codes and safety regulations across different regions
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cultural and geographic boundaries



Location:

United States. New York or tri-state area preferred. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the New York Office.

International travel is required.
