Could you be the full-time Train Performance Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and systems expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.
You’ll ensure that train performance fulfills customer and regulatory requirements while aligning with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as System Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, and the Chief of Development), act as the main technical focal point for customers, and drive performance analysis and validation, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of converting customer and regulatory requirements into train-level specifications, but also ensure the consistency and compatibility of sub-system designs and oversee validation and certification processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Acting as the main technical point of contact for customers on train performance topics

Developing and managing train-level performance requirements and specifications
-
Leading functional analysis, specification, and architecture development in collaboration with sub-system groups

Ensuring alignment and compatibility between all sub-system specifications

Supporting technical risk mitigation and arbitration processes
-
Overseeing train reliability, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), and cybersecurity activities
-
Defining and executing train-level validation and verification activities
-
Contributing to certification and authorization deliverables

Leading technical issue resolution during train revenue service

A Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a reputed institute

Extensive knowledge of railway engineering products, projects, systems, and processes (minimum 5 years of experience)
