Competitive In-Home Live-in Caregiver Pay starts at $1,203-$1,300 for 7 consecutive days of work
(Caregivers Must work 9 hour care plans daily, Sunday through Saturday and earn 40 hours at the regular pay rate:  $16.15 and 23 hours at the overtime pay rate at: $24.23=Total of 63 hours = $1,203 weekly gross pay)
 
Annual income potential of $60,000 to $64,000 for long term commitment to assignments may be possible.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating

Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation

Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)

Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises

Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so

Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Assisting patients with their meals, including preparing, cooking and serving

Assist patients in all other activities that are essential for daily living

Enter all care notes into company application
 
Any other tasks, as necessary

Qualifications:
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Prior experience as a professional caregiver or in healthcare environment, hospice, in-home care, group home, as a CNA, HHA, PCA (2+ years professional experience REQUIRED)

Must have training and on the job experience with dementia patients, hoyer lifts, safe transfer skills and hospice

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for every shift (this requirement does not apply to live-in caregivers, however, we do prefer that you have a valid driver's license)

Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards

Supportive and compassionate

High School Diploma or equivalent, along with professional training as a CNA, HHA, PCA or Professional Caregiver

Take pride in providing high quality care

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

Must complete all Covid-19 training and follow protocols put in place
