Description
The Sr. Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting our corporate organizations, including Development & Construction, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Legal, and Finance. This role will implement HR strategies that support the goals and objectives of our corporate organizations, lead the human resources business partner team, and foster a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, and innovation. You will oversee the strategic direction of all HR partnerships including: providing sound advice to business leaders, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, performance management, talent review and succession planning, compliance, and employee relations.

Job Performance Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective HR partnership strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives, while supporting the overall purpose of the organization.
- Understand the business and lead partnership conversations focused on key outcomes such as driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the HR business partner team in developing and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures to support the organization's talent management, employee relations, and other HR functions.
- Partner with the business to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues, and performance management.
- Oversee the design and execution of a comprehensive employee engagement program, including employee team building, trainings, and development initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records..
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to HR and employee relations.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Implement performance management systems that drive performance, engagement, and career development for employees.
- Resolve litigation risks and oversee health & safety standards
- Act as a culture ambassador and employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering value added services for the benefit of the employees and organization.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in HR/related field or equivalent experience.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification(s) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
- Business management (P&L, Strategy, Market) experience preferred
- Experience with supporting seasonal workforce and labor laws preferred.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of building and leading successful HR teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that drive leadership alignment, employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Experience in overseeing compensation structures, leading HR technology implementations, and data analytics initiatives.
