About the Job:
Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a PRN Athletic Trainer to support student athletes at area schools. This role provides injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services during practices and competitions, helping students stay safe and perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site athletic training services at practices and games
- Evaluate injuries and oversee rehabilitation programs
- Educate athletes on safety and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation and injury reports
- Respond promptly to injuries and coordinate care
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or related field
- Certified Athletic Trainer in the State of Indiana
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous sports rotation experience preferred; new grads welcome
