About the Department
Assist ITS Help Desk Technicians with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all computers and peripherals on SWOCC campuses.
*3 to 20 hours per week*
Position Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
Must be eligible to receive FWS based on financial need and eligibility requirements determined by FAFSA.
Required Sklills/Expreience: Students in this job will need the following skills. You should be able to do these, or show that you can learn how (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of Window platform with hardware experience
- Ability to perform tasks as requested
