URBN is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Systems Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our Global UKG WFM platform (formerly Kronos Dimension). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UKG suite, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management systems and providing technical support to our end-users.
Role Responsibilities:- System Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain the UKG WFM system, including user access, security roles, and system settings.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for all WFM-related issues. Provide timely and effective Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users and internal teams.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Schedules, and Pay Rules to align with business requirements and company policies.
- Data Management: Manage data integrity, perform system audits, and oversee data imports/exports to and from other systems (e.g., HRIS, Payroll).
- Upgrades & Patches: Plan, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases to ensure the system is up-to-date and operating efficiently.
- Training & Documentation: Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Proven experience as a UKG/Kronos System Administrator or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Accruals. (Global a plus).
- Knowledgeable in configuring and analyzing reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, and project management methodologies is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience with UKG APIs and integrations (Boomi).
