We are expanding our Customer Service Team in the U.S. and are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping customers and driving a positive client experience.

Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product/service information
• Support customers with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting
• Escalate technical or complex issues to senior teams when required
• Log all customer interactions in CRM/ticketing systems
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support role preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
• Background in IT, finance, or administrative support
