At Frito Lay Canada the Territory Sales Manager will develop their front-line sales and people leadership skills in the management of District Sales Leaders with 100 + field sales associates & 80MM + in annual gross sales.

*There are two available openings for this posting- 1 overseeing the Saskatchewan Market and another overseeing the Manitoba Market
Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed all Sales Objectives for a $80M business while maintaining an assigned selling expense budget;
- Identify, coach, motivate and lead a team of District Sales Leaders to deliver business and people targets;
- Focus on achieving people metrics goals with a long term People Strategy for the Zone;
- Ensure that proper Product supply forecasting is complete support the VIP process;
- Leverage internal business partners to support the Zone;
- Implement through the development of DSL personnel, all sales, marketing, merchandising and human resources programs;
- Recommend improvements and implement new processes and programs where necessary;
- Lead change initiatives effectively ensuring on-going communication with frontline people and managers and ensuring on-going input as the project progresses;
- Execute Strategic Business Plan
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director and MSN Zone Business Managers to develop strategies and set agenda for the total British Columbia Field Sales business.
- Demonstrate cross functional collaboration with stakeholders and partners across Canada in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer, HR, Go-to- Market and Finance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience with a consumer packaged goods or retail organization
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams
- A strong professional image, ethical standards and a high level of integrity
- Solid problem-solving and group facilitation skills
- Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to set and handle multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven change management capability
- Travel outside local area required for this role (approximately 40-50%)
