Description

 

Celtic Property Management is actively seeking a seasoned and dependable Property Manager with direct experience in Tax Credit and HUD multifamily housing. This is a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations, compliance, and resident satisfaction at one of our affordable housing communities.


We’re looking for someone who knows this industry inside and out someone who understands the importance of strict compliance, resident relations, and managing a high-performing on-site team. The right candidate will bring a strong command of LIHTC regulations, HUD policies, and affordable housing operations while maintaining the professionalism and customer-first approach that defines Celtic's standards.

Requirements

 

  • Ensure the property complies with all tax credit/HUD requirements.
  • Manage and supervise office and maintenance staff.
  • Manage resident relations and communication, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure property safety and security procedures are in place and followed.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other community groups.

 

  •  2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in tax credit properties.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to property management and tax credit compliance.
