Location: Embassy Suites Denton Convention Center

Program Overview:
An 18-month foundational leadership development program designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow into future supervisory and departmental leadership roles. This program provides the opportunity to build and strengthen leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills, while learning to take ownership and lead with confidence. It also encourages a deep appreciation and empathy for every role within the property, fostering well-rounded and compassionate leaders.
Key Details:
Position Type: Full-time, Hourly-Based
Work Hours: Minimum of 40 hours/week
Duration: 18 months
Departments: Rotational hands-on exposure in Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping,
Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
Note: Rotations may vary based on operational needs to ensure the most relevant and impactful training experience.
Mentorship: Guided by department leaders and coached by executive leaders
Prerequisites:
- Hospitality Degree or a related field; or minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry
- experience.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-player mentality and passion for guest service
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
