What You’ll Do

• Train and coach team members on SOPs, expectations, and compliance

• Oversee daily operations: checklists, audits, KPIs, and issue resolution

• Ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and safety programs

• Champion team recognition and cross-training efforts

Who You Are

• Proven experience supervising in production or manufacturing

• Strong in people development and process improvement

• Comfortable with compliance standards and operational metrics

• Effective communicator — bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Ready to lead on 1st shift (typically ~5:00 AM start)

Military leadership experience also translates well — we value structure, accountability, and calm problem-solving.
