Responsibilities:

Oversees all service coordination programs.  The position manages the service coordination teams and has overall operation and budgetary responsibility for the service coordination services.  Interfaces with clinical and administrative professionals and resolves complex policy and service issues.  LTSS subject matter expert including consumer-directed care model.  Develops, revises and implements programs, policy and procedures in the Service Coordination Department.  Interpret and understand data analytics that measure efficiency.  Ensure compliance and regulations with Service Coordination and Clinical Quality.  Ensures compliance with state, federal and relevant accreditation bodies.  Develops and provides service coordination training curricula aligned with best practice.  Attends State Regulatory Meetings and Committee Workshops as indicated.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social work, psychology or other related fields required.
  • 3 to 5 years nursing, social service or health care related experience in a clinical setting
  • 5 to 10 years management and supervisory experience at a level consistent with the responsibilities described                

Other Skills:

  • Medicaid managed care experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in working at all levels of an organization, across functional areas and disciplines.
  • Experience working in a matrixed management structure, across a large organization and with a variety of organizational structures highly desirable.
