Exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinic RN in our Pediatric Partners Clinic! 

We're looking for a full-time RN to join our team who is detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Someone who delivers patient centered care and is good with children.  Previous clinic experience and bilingual desirable.  Pediatric nursing experience preferred, outpatient or ER clinic experience!

As the Clinic RN in our Pediatric Partners Clinic, you will 

1. Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
2. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
3. Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
4. Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 
• 1 year of nursing (RN) experience
• BLS through American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date. 
• 1-year Pediatric Clinic experience preferred

SALARY RANGE:

• $33.99 to $49.98/hour (BSN) 
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
• $7,500 sign on bonus for a two-year, full-time commitment. (Some internal candidates may not be eligible).
