We are hiring an Associate Quality Engineer to join our growing team. This role is based in Whitsett, NC. Onsite presence is required.Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards. Conduct audits and inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans for any non-conformities or quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and suppliers, to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Oversee the development and implementation of inspection plans, testing methods, and documentation for products. Ensure all necessary testing (e.g., durability, safety, functionality) is conducted and meets quality standards. Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports, corrective action records, and test results. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees regarding quality standards and best practices. Monitor and report on the performance of quality improvement initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance with changing quality requirements.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferably Dec 2024 or May 2025 graduation dates). Strong knowledge of quality control standards, procedures, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC). Quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and regulatory standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis. Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
