Customer Service Representative MTR390- Almagro (F/M/X):
Main responsibilities of the position:
- The CSR shall support the Spanish Army in relation to MTR390 Engine related matters:
- in relation to Engine Maintenance &Troubleshooting at ML1 & ML2 including:
- in relation to Planning & Coordination of Engine Maintenance activities, definition and drafting of Work Orders.
- in relation to Spare Parts and AGE management activities.
- in relation to Technical Queries & Re-use/deviation Reports (RDR).
- in relation to Modifications & Service Bulletins.
- in relation to Configuration/ Parts Life Status.
- in relation to Software maintenance.
- in relation to Software maintenance.
- AGE management, including the monitoring of their calibration / inspection periods.
- suggested improvements for ML1 & ML2 practices.
- Support the Spanish Army to maintain accurate fleet reliability information, enabling monitoring of the health of the Spanish Army MTR390 Engine fleet, in order to improve performance, reliability, safety and reduce maintenance cost for our customer.
- To provide a continuous monitoring and reporting process for:
- Life & Usage Monitoring, Engine Power Checks, Limits Exceedance Monitoring (EMOs Data).
- Engines/ECMUs fleet status reporting.
- Engine/Modules/ECMU Log Book/ Log Card (LRUs) management & updating.
- In Service Problems, Events and discrepancies observed during engine maintenance activities.
- To provide Support Services and Technical Assistances out of the Base when required by Customer.
a) The preventive and corrective maintenance of engines on and off helicopter (ML1 & ML2).
b) the 400 FH engine inspection
c) the diagnosis and analysis of failures
d) on customer request, perform, verify and certify operations of ML1 and ML2.
- MTRI-ITP CSR Main Activities agreed by Sp OS (PCMHEL), TPD, MTRI & ITP Aero Organizations (SSOU Contract):
- Providing onsite support & technical assistance to the customer (ML1 & ML2 Preventive & Corrective Maintenance)
- Under Customer request: performance/inspection & certification of ML1 & ML2 Maintenance tasks. Onsite & out of Base (if required).
- Supporting the diagnosis, analysis of failures, and troubleshooting.
- Supporting and guide maintenance tasks
- Supporting on technical documentation issues.
- Supporting on Directives, Service Bulletins, Technical Orders, Modifications and ECMU SW upgrades implementation.
- Collecting and report data of the fleet or maintenance activities
- Communicating In Service or Technical problems, events and discrepancies observed during engine maintenance activities.
- Supporting helicopter or engine recoveries
- Supporting Spare Parts, AGE & engine tooling management activities.
- Providing the deliverables agreed in the SSOU contract: reports, forms, data, activities, etc.
- Providing support, attendance to meetings and coordinating tasks (if required) involving the relevant Working Parties: MTRI Consortium & its Partner Companies, Sp Official Services involved in Tiger Programme, PCMHEL, Airbus Helicopters, etc.
What profile are we looking for?
Education: Degree in Aeronautical engineering
Knowledge and experience required:
MTR390 Engine familiarisation & Boroscope Inspections Trainings.
Familiarized with ISS operation
Languages: High Level in English & Spanish
