Multi-Site Custodian - Nashville, TN

Locations: Belle Meade and the Belmont Area Churches 

Department: Custodial Services – ServiceFM LLC
Reports To: Custodial Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly ($18/hour) + Benefits

Position Summary:

ServiceFM LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support multiple client locations in Nashville. You’ll help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments across church facilities, including offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Empty trash, remove debris, and clean interior windows and doors.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain building security.
• Support occasional evening or weekend cleaning as needed.

Work Schedule : 

• Mondays:  9:00 am - 7:00 pm  (two locations)
• Tuesdays:  1:00 pm - 7:00 pm (one location)
• Thursdays: 7:30 am - 8:30 pm (two locations)
• Fridays:   9:00 am - 7:00 pm  (two locations)
• Additional hours may be available.

Requirements

• Prior custodial/janitorial experience required.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to multiple locations per schedule.
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and availability for evenings, weekends, and extended hours.
• Must pass a background check.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Comfortable using smartphones or devices for time tracking and assignments.
