Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow your career in the insurance industry? FNIC is seeking an Associate Account Manager, Personal Insurance to join our Personal Lines Servicing team in Blair, NE. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our account managers and clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service every step of the way. 


What’s the work like?

You will...

  • Support our Personal Lines team with day-to-day service needs, such as processing auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, endorsements, billing questions, and policy documents.
  • Assemble policy books, review policy forms for accuracy, and enter applications or rating data.
  • Provide administrative support including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, scheduling meetings, and keeping office supplies organized.
  • Maintain accurate client files and use our agency management system to streamline workflows.
  • Learn and grow by keeping up with industry knowledge through trainings, seminars, and publications.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information.

Requirements

What do I need to know?

You have to have…

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Commitment to obtain required Resident Property and Casualty Agent’s license
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork
