Description
Greater Nashua Mental Health is looking for a Coordinator to join our Recovery Court team! The Recovery Court Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the Hillsborough Superior Court – Southern District Adult Recovery Court program. This role includes coordinating fiscal and programmatic operations to ensure contract compliance and alignment with All Rise Recovery Court best practices. The Coordinator promotes communication and collaboration among the multidisciplinary team and oversees the hiring, training, and supervision of Recovery Court Case Managers. This position also ensures high-quality care through effective data collection, analysis, and continuous program improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the day-to-day operations and overall management of the Recovery Court program.
- Ensures a high-quality program by supporting the multidisciplinary team in developing and maintaining effective policies and procedures that align with All Rise best practice standards, funding requirements, and federal/state confidentiality regulations.
- Ensures all team members are trained in All Rise Recovery Court best practices and facilitates ongoing team development through training and technical assistance.
- Facilitates communication among court personnel, county and defense attorneys, therapists, probation officers, and other stakeholders for both new referrals and current program participants.
- Leads and facilitates multidisciplinary team meetings and program planning sessions.
- Supports the team in establishing program goals, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress through data collection and evaluation.
- Oversees data collection and ensures compliance with all grant requirements, including preparation of timely reports.
- Serves as the primary liaison with the Recovery Court steering committee, leading efforts to develop fundraising strategies and engage in public relations to build community awareness and support.
- Collaborates with supervisor, Department Director, and other partners on funding proposals, including grants, operational contracts, and pilot projects.
- Develops and manages the Recovery Court program budget in coordination with the Program Manager for Justice Involved Programs.
- Supervises Recovery Court Case Managers to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and high-quality program delivery.
- Coordinates with Recovery Court Therapists and Clinical Coordinator to ensure the program offers evidence-based treatments in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Ensures clients have access to the New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s Community Housing Program by overseeing referrals and coordination with local housing options.
- Oversees staffing, including hiring, maintaining up-to-date job descriptions, and conducting regular
- performance evaluations in accordance with agency policies.
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation by staff within the statewide data system.
- Complies with all agency policies related to safety, infection control, personnel, and facility security.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or another related field
- 3 to 5 years related work experience
- Experience working with people diagnosed with mental health disorders, co-occurring severe mental illness, and substance use disorders
- Ability to lead and guide staff. Flexible, willing to learn, and anticipates the needs of self and staff
- Familiarity with community resources
- Ability to coach / teach effectively
- Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention
- Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible with regard to workload and assignments
- Ability to problem solve and exercise judgment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Email, Word, EXCEL)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy
