About the role

  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

  • Retrieve medical records for the Emergency Department and accurately file all loose documentation returned.

  • Transport records via trolley to and from Outpatient Clinics at St Vincent’s Hospital and Sacred Heart Centre.

  • Provide coverage for night shift duties during periods of annual or sick leave, as needed.

  • Provide support with general tasks across other sections of the department as needed.
     

About you

  • Great communication skills with a professional and helpful approach.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

  • Clerical or admin experience with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.

  • Confident computer skills – including keyboard use, word processing, and internet-based systems.

  • Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
