We’re seeking a Credit Team Leader on a fixed-term period (March 2026), to lead and support the credit team in managing high-volume, low-value debt operations.

Day-to-day, you will:
Provide quality leadership, coaching and develop a high-performing, multi-skilled credit team
Drive strategic credit initiatives and projects aligned with national strategy
Ensure effective management of resources, including monitoring productivity and performance to KPIs
Implement and champion best practice debt collection techniques and tools
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while promoting diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace practices.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Proven experience leading large credit teams with strong coaching capabilities
Excellent communication skills to foster team collaboration and clarity
Strong background in credit management and best practice collection principles
Skilled in interpreting data and trends to drive performance improvements
