As a Full time Member Solutions Consultant, you will be the face and voice of RAC. Whether sat in front of you in our Cannington branch, or phoning through for a chat, you will be providing an engaging and personalise experience to both, current and potential members. You will be asking questions, discovering needs and providing tailored solutions, showcasing the values and benefits of our products and services.  

What do you need to know? 

Location: RAC Cannington Service Centre (located in Carousel shopping centre) 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm, Every second Saturday, 8.15am-12.15pm (37.5 hours per week)  

Salary:  Starting at $68,340+ shift loading + super + more 

Within this role you will: 

• Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services. 

• Provide efficient and friendly support, in person and over the phone. Understand the individual needs of our members and recommend RAC products and services that best suit their lifestyle and preferences 

• Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full-time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members 

• Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members  

What will you bring to this role?  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others. 

• The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations.  

• Experience in working to achieving goals/ targets both individually & as part of a team; 

• The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change; 

• Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations.
