Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned Manager, perform a variety of administrative support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities, coordinate the flow of communications, and maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from High school and two years of increasingly responsible administrative experience.
Passing a Stanislaus County Office of Education Administrative Assistant Exam

CLERICAL TESTING:
Substitute Clerical requires a SCOE Administrative I Exam Certificate. If you have a SCOE Administrative Assistant I, II, III, IV or Executive Assistant Certificate be sure to attach a copy to your application. If you do not have a certificate, you may receive an invitation to test. Only Qualified applicants will receive an email invitation to attend a Test.
