Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our EVS, dietary, and laundry services to healthcare institutions such as State veteran homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and rehabilitation centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, administrator professionals and clinical leadership.
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments to tailor service solutions.
- Present and negotiate service proposals and contracts aligned with client goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare services, preferably in EVS, dietary, laundry and Facilities Management.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with long-term care or acute care facilities.
- Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
- Strong background with CRM usage and management.
