Position Summary 📝
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our digital dosimeter program. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including order processing, packaging and shipping, inventory management, quality assurance checks, and handling the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process with proper tracking and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do 🏆
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Order Processing:
Accurately process incoming orders using internal systems and prepare products for shipment in a timely manner. - Packaging & Shipping:
Package dosimeters securely and professionally; coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any logistical issues. - Inventory Management:
Maintain up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate team. - Quality Assurance:
Perform routine quality checks to ensure all outgoing devices meet company standards and functionality requirements. - RMA Handling:
Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including logging returns, tracking replacements or repairs, and updating customers on status. - Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate logs of shipments, inventory movements, and return processes. Provide reports as needed to internal stakeholders.
Education & Experience 🎓🥼
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory management (preferably in a tech or hardware environment, not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with order management or ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Ability to lift and handle packages as needed (up to 15lbs)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
