Purpose of the Job
Oxitec Brazil is at the forefront of advancing innovative biological pest control technologies to save lives and improve livelihoods. Known throughout Brazil for our innovative Aedes do Bem™ technology, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Analyst passionate about biological insect control to be part of our team in Brazil, based in Campinas-SP. The next members of the Business Development team in Brazil must have strong teamwork skills, resilience, problem solving, technical knowledge, thinking over feeling and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing product or service information;
- Process orders, forms, and requests, maintaining a record of customer interactions;
- Responsible for customer portfolio relationships, ensuring project retention and nurturing product enthusiasts’ development;
- Build & execute the strategy to secure distributors and clients trained about our technology and the app;
- Establish and implement customer service practices, building an internal customer-centered culture among the company’s stakeholders;
- Resolve customer issues and identify new opportunities for client satisfaction, connecting clients’ needs to the business strategy;
- Support post-sale activities with strategic and technical product expertise;
- Develop, create, and update managerial reports.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related areas/Equivalent experience;
- Experience in Customer Servicing of innovative/biotechnological products;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Well-developed organizational skills;
- Proficient with using Excel and PowerPoint presentation softwares;
- Advanced English level;
- Availability to domestic traveling and time flexibility for weekends and holidays.
