Role Summary
Dealer Teamwork is looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to set up our software during new-client onboarding and build/QA pages that support successful launches. This is an internal-facing role: you’ll work cross-departmentally (Customer Success, Sales, and Product) to execute onboarding checklists, troubleshoot issues, and hit go-live deadlines.
You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple onboarding projects, thinking critically about what it takes to rebuild or build from scratch, and ramping up quickly on our tools and processes. Technical curiosity and exposure to how websites work—especially HTML, JavaScript, and basic SEO—will set you up for success.
What You’ll Do
Configure new accounts: provision access, apply product settings, connect integrations, and validate data flows according to SOPs.
Page building: create, update, and QA marketing/landing pages using approved tools; ensure brand accuracy, SEO best practices, tracking, and mobile responsiveness.
Tracking & QA: implement and verify pixels/tags, UTM parameters, form captures, and basic analytics goals.
Troubleshoot issues: identify root causes, replicate bugs, document clearly, and resolve or escalate.
Project coordination: manage an onboarding queue, maintain timelines, and communicate status, blockers, and risks in internal channels.
Documentation: keep playbooks, checklists, and customer records up to date in our ticketing/CRM systems.
Quality & compliance: follow naming conventions, accessibility basics, and internal review gates before launch.
Continuous improvement: suggest process tweaks that reduce cycle time and defects.
What You’ll Bring
0–2 years’ experience in one or more: SaaS onboarding, technical support, website/content management, or operations.
Technical acumen or exposure to website building—comfortable learning how things work behind the scenes.
Familiarity with (or interest in learning) HTML, JavaScript, and content-management tools.
Awareness of SEO fundamentals and/or digital marketing concepts (e.g., Google Ads, landing-page best practices).
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills; able to manage deadlines across several active projects at once.
Attention to detail and quality, especially in page building and QA workflows.
Clear written and verbal communication for cross-department collaboration.
Experience with ticketing systems and documentation (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, or similar).
Nice to Have
Exposure to digital marketing or advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), GA4, or tag managers.
Experience building responsive landing pages, templates, or CMS content.
Automotive industry familiarity and/or product data feeds.
Basic SQL, spreadsheet skills, or QA/testing experience.
Understanding of accessibility principles and mobile-first design.

On-time launch rate and SLA adherence.
Quality metrics: rework and QA pass rates.
Throughput & efficiency: average days to launch, tasks completed per week.
Stakeholder satisfaction: internal partner feedback (CS, Sales, Product).
Documentation completeness and adherence to SOPs.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $45,000–$50,000

Core collaboration hours aligned to Central Time, with some flexibility based on customer launch timelines.
