Your role
• Assist in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions for corporate clients
• Assist major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
• Effectively work with teams of bankers across groups and other constituents (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.)
• Provide critical support and input in the negotiation of transactions as required
• Present to internal and external clients effectively and with confidence
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• Make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $187500 to $212500
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. • Ability to work effectively with both corporate and wealth management clients
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
• Strong understanding of banking products, capital structure and capital markets

• Currently an Analyst level at an investment bank or with such prior experience
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Requisite series licensing
