What You'll do:

  • Assist with the development and execution of digital media (social media, email, website, YouTube, etc.) 
    • Research social media channels
    • Creating and managing social media content calendars 
    • Drafting & posting of publications with images
    • Updating CRM system
    • Update and maintain internal SharePoint sites
    • Assist with website management
  • Assist with global event planning and logistics 
  • Create, inventory and develop all digital and physical branding and promotional assets
    • Prepare promotional presentations
    • Help distribute marketing materials
    • Research promotional giveaways, establish relationships with vendors
  • Assist with digital file share management
  • Design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Suite products
  • Driving to/from vendors/plants/sites to pick up/drop off various items
  • Domestic & international shipment of parts, demonstrators and other various assets
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Marketing team

 

What you'll need to be successful:

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in the Marketing/Business field

Skills, Certifications, Abilities:

  • Ability to quickly learn and process information
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Knowledge and/or willingness to learn Canva and/or Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • An understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new marketing tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
