Role Overview

The Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue, creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers and maintaining retail standards through back of house operations. Retail Associates will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Greets customers and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one. 
  • Makes recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers.
  • Helps execute a brand connection by ensuring customers enjoy a top-notch shopping experience. 
  • Maintains sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
  • Processes accurate sales transactions via the (POS) System.
  • Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and customer service to ensure the Mitchell & Ness, Fanatics Brands and Team/League are always positively represented.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.

What You Bring To The Team

  • High School graduate or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possesses a fun, professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrates ability to build product knowledge of Inventory.
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a member of a team in fast paced environments, servicing a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanness.
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can do attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
