Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to take ownership of key accounting processes and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. This role will play a critical part in the month-end close, audits, inventory, and intercompany accounting while supporting process improvements and system enhancements. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting skills, experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Support: Lead preparation of annual audit schedules, provide supporting documentation, and coordinate responses to auditor requests.
- General Ledger & Trial Balance: Maintain accuracy of the general ledger through timely journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis.
- Month-End Close: Perform and support close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement review.
- Fixed Assets: Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
- Intercompany Accounting: Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations.
- Purchase Orders & Invoices: Process and monitor PO and invoice workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Inventory Accounting: Track and reconcile inventory balances, investigate variances, and ensure accurate valuation.
- Systems & Tools: Leverage Dynamics 365 F&O for accounting activities, reporting, and process optimization.
- Process Improvements: Contribute to streamlining accounting workflows and strengthening internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control principles.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) strongly preferred.
- Experience with audits, month-end close, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany accounting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present to leadership.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
