The Quality Assurance Supervisor is directly responsible for the management, performance and supervision of their direct reports within the Quality Assurance team. This individual will work across all Service teams and therefore requires a thorough understanding of cross-functional processes and policies. In collaboration with their Senior Manager, the supervisor will lead the team to establish, implement and maintain quality assurance programs to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a contact center environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, as needed. Highly structured approach with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Proven track record of providing coaching to improve performance.

- Experience working with Call Recording Applications and CRM systems (such as Genesys, Salesforce, Brightree.)

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $69,239 - $103,858. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
