Other Qualifications
Job Duties:
Make minor repairs to the interior/exterior of buildings, basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
Clean and maintain interior/exterior buildings, lawns, drainage and signs
Maintain lawn mowers, appliances, vehicles and other related equipment
Complete work order form in interior/exterior and related forms
Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational Appointment
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Work Schedule: Work hours are 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
